The General Library (BGUM) on the Gualtar Campus offers 18 bookable booths and 14 walk-in booths (located within the reading rooms). The University of Minho Library on the Azurém Campus (BPG) provides 6 walk-in booths.
To book a booth online, the
user must have a valid registration with the University of Minho Libraries.
Talking or making video calls while using a booth is not allowed.
Each user may hold up to 3 active reservations simultaneously within a 1-month
period.
Each booking is granted for a 4-hour period (or until 30 minutes before the
library closes).
Check-in must be completed at the scheduled time or within the following 15
minutes.
Reservations will be canceled 30 minutes after the scheduled start time if the
booth is not occupied.
