The General Library (BGUM) on the Gualtar Campus and the University of Minho Library on the Azurém Campus (BPG) provide 7 and 11 group study rooms, respectively.
Online booking of a study room requires the user to have a valid registration with the UMinho libraries.
The study rooms can be booked for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 or 10 people, depending on the room.
Each user may have up to 3 active reservations simultaneously within a 1-month period.
Each reservation has a maximum duration of 3 hours (or until 30 minutes before the library closes).
Reservation confirmation (check-in) must be made at the scheduled time or within the following 15 minutes.
The reservation will be cancelled 30 minutes after the scheduled start time if the room is not occupied.
Users are responsible for complying with the usage rules and for any equipment provided in the room during their stay.
