How can I be notified whenever a new document is added to a collection?

RepositóriUM users can enable the alert service to be notified via email when a new document is added to a collection. Users can enable alerts for the collections they choose.

To activate alerts:

  • Go to the RepositóriUM Alert Service page (the link can be found in the "Login" menu in the navigation bar at the top right of the homepage);

  • Fill out the registration form (to subscribe, you must register in RepositóriUM);

  • Navigate to a collection for which you wish to receive notifications when new documents are added and click the "Activate Alert" button;

  • To edit your alerts, go to the "Alert Service" page.
