If an item you borrowed has suffered any damage, you must fill out the 'Damaged Item Return Form', available at our library service desks. This form must be submitted along with the damaged item(s) at any University of Minho library service desk.
The Head of the Librarianship and Library Management Division is responsible for assessing the condition of the damaged publication(s) and deciding whether it/they need(s) to be replaced with a new copy.

I lost a library publication. How do I resolve this situation?
