The following are considered users of the University of Minho libraries:
i) Students, academic staff, researchers, scholarship holders, and administrative and technical staff of the University of Minho.
ii) Academic and research units and their sub-units, research projects, cultural units, and service units of the University of Minho.
iii) Individuals or legal entities, subject to approval of their registration.
iv) National archives, libraries, and other documentation and information services, through the signing of collaboration agreements or protocols.
