An irregular status might be due to unreturned publication(s), failure to replace items returned damaged, or another situation that needs clarification with the University of Minho libraries.
To resolve this, please send an email to bibliotecas@usdb.uminho.pt, including your user ID number and explaining the situation.
You will then be informed of the reason for the irregular status, the fine amount (if applicable), and the available payment methods.
Only after your situation is resolved will Academic Services be notified that your library status is back in good standing.
