How and where can I pick up my reservation?

As soon as the reserved item(s) become available, a message is sent to the user's institutional email address (for external users, via the email address on file), informing them of the availability.
The item(s) can be picked up during the opening hours of the library where the reservation was requested.

Reservation requests remain valid until 11:50 PM on the next business day after the item becomes available.
